He’s worked with a host of British and International stars including Tony Curtis, Diana Ross, Lionel Richie, Alice Cooper, Dionne Warwick, Take That, Julian Clary, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Barbra Streisand, Jim Henson’s Muppets, Mel Gibson, Julio Iglesias, Donny Osmond and Sir Roger Moore. Apart from his work in television entertainment, Alan also majors in other areas of the media.
He is the author of several books, including “Freddie Starr – Unwrapped!” “The Big Thick Joe Pasquale Book”; “Wesley’s Granddad” and “Money Talks!” published in October 2010. Alan’s film “Bloodline “won the Best Short Film Award at the Marbella International Film Festival in October 2008 and was subsequently shown at the Gotham Screen Festival in New York and the second Festival of British Cinema in Hay on Wye in 2010. His horror- He’s written over twenty pantomimes for Qdos, First Choice Holiday Resorts Worldwide and The Owen Money Theatre Company, and wrote the book / script for the stage musical “Don’t You Rock Me Daddio!” with pop music legends Joe Brown & Roger Cook. In 2010 he wrote a supernatural stage play entitled “The Seventh Guest” and collaborated on another new stage musical entitled “ Rocking At The Regal “, Alan’s talents as a comedy writer are still in demand - |
